In 22 BBY, Wedd served as one of the aides to Senator Tundra Dowmeia, along with Zil Topur. When Supreme Chancellor Palpatine announced the proposal of forming the Grand Army to defend against the Separatists, Nor Wedd, along with the rest of the delegation agreed to the Chancellor's proposal.
