Description: R4-F5 was a R4 astromech droid that helped Jedi Master Plo Koon operate his Delta-7 Aethersprite-class light interceptor, bearing the colors as the starfighter—blue and white.

In 19 BBY, clone Captain Jag received a coded transmission from Dark Lord of the Sith Darth Sidious ordering him to execute clone protocol 66 and kill his Jedi commander, Koon. He and his squad of clone pilots subsequently fired upon Plo's Delta-7 starfighter, killing the ill-prepared Jedi Master. R4-F5 was destroyed when the badly damaged starfighter collided with a clone staging area on a Cato Neimoidian bridge city.
