Description: Transport CT-05 was a New Republic transport ship used in the Corellia shipyards to transport heavy parts from a sector to another. The transport was heavily armed with twin fire-linked turrets on its wings as well as on its rear to defend against pursuers, and possessed a hyperdrive unit that allowed it to jump between star systems.

History
Around 9 ABY, CT-05 was tasked by an Imperial remnant with transporting a refurbished Super Star Destroyer (SSD)'s hyperdrive core to the Denab system to be incorporated in the Eye of Sion, an extragalactic transportation vessel meant to retrieve the Galactic Empire's last Grand Admiral, Thrawn from a distant galaxy. Former Padawan Ahsoka Tano, with the help of New Republic General Hera Syndulla uncovered the plot and attempted to stop the transport from departing; when they failed to do so, Syndulla's astromech droid C1-10P instead planted a homing beacon on its hull to track it to its destination.
