Description: A large device used to drill into the ground and create wells to provide water for settlements. On developing worlds this is a valuable and important device allowing settlements to be made in areas without flowing water, creating a well from deep underground and the ground water there.
The device automatically locates sources of water underground and will drill down and tap into them, however if no source is available the device will simply not function.
