Description: Bulcha, also referred to as Bulcha the Hutt, was a Hutt gangster who operated within Tenoo's sector during the High Republic Era. He was known as one of the most feared criminals of the sector. At one point, Bulcha had a desire for a band to operate as entertainment onboard his sail barge. Reaching out to the pirate gang of the Ganguls, Bulcha made a deal where he would trade his force of heavy security droids, in exchange for the band Feb Rozo and the Sap Tap Trio, whom the Ganguls had captured. Though the deal was successful, and the Ganguls made away with new droids, Feb Rozo and his band were shortly freed afterwards by Hap and Jedi from Tenoo.
Bulcha had mottled brown skin and brown eyes. As a Hutt, Bulcha had limited tolerance for the desert heat of Yarrum. He possessed a force of guards and security droids onboard his sail barge, though the droids were traded in exchange for a new band.
