Description: Elliah Fel was a female Human who was Empress of the Fel Empire ruled by Emperor Roan Fel, with whom she had a daughter, Marasiah Fel. Her brother, the Imperial Knight Hogrum Chalk, characterized both mother and daughter as warriors who sacrificed much for the Empire.
Prior to 137 ABY, the Iktotchi Eshkar Niin dueled her on the rooftop of a city building in the presence of his apprentice, Antares Draco, who had been sent to kill his former master for abandoning the vows of an Imperial Knight. Although the Empress defended herself with a lightsaber for some time, she was slain by the traitor. Draco then attacked and believed he had succeeded in killing Niin; however, the Iktotchi faked his defeat and death to escape and become Darth Havok of Darth Krayt's One Sith.
Elliah's death strained the Empire's relations with the Hapes Consortium. The Hapans saw her death as Roan Fel's fault, since Niin was his knight.
