Endor Churi Tacos

A Recipe for: Churi (Endorian Bird)

Ingredients:

• 1 kg Endorian Churi breast strips (if unavailable substitute chicken breast strips)
  
• 8 Tatooine corn tortillas (if unavailable substitute corn tortillas)
  
• 1 cup Corellian cabbage slaw (if unavailable substitute cabbage slaw)
  
• 1 Zabrak avocado, sliced (if unavailable substitute avocado)
  
• 1 cup Mandalorian salsa (if unavailable substitute salsa)
  
• 1/2 cup Naboo cilantro (if unavailable substitute cilantro)
  
• 1/2 cup Alderaanian cheese, grated (if unavailable substitute cheese)
  
• 1 Zeltron lime, cut into wedges (if unavailable substitute lime wedges)
  
• 2 tablespoons Coruscant olive oil (if unavailable substitute olive oil)
  
• 2 cloves of Endorian garlic, minced (if unavailable substitute garlic)
  
• 1 teaspoon Mustafar chili powder (if unavailable substitute chili powder)
  
• Salt and pepper, to taste
  

Instructions:

1. Heat Coruscant olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add minced Endorian garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
   
2. Add the Endorian Churi breast strips to the skillet. Season with Mustafar chili powder, salt, and pepper. Cook until the Churi strips are fully cooked and slightly browned, about 5-7 minutes. Set aside.
   
3. Warm the Tatooine corn tortillas in a dry skillet over medium heat, about 30 seconds on each side. Keep warm in a clean kitchen towel or tortilla warmer.
   
4. Assemble the tacos by placing a portion of the cooked Endorian Churi strips onto each warm tortilla.
   
5. Top the Churi strips with Corellian cabbage slaw, sliced Zabrak avocado, Mandalorian salsa, and grated Alderaanian cheese.
   
6. Garnish the tacos with fresh Naboo cilantro and serve with Zeltron lime wedges on the side.
