Description: The Bloodfin is a basic utilitarian speeder bike from Sienar, which was sold during the last years of the Old Republic, and although not particularly fast or maneuverable, it was rugged and reliable. The Bloodfin was originally sold as a military speeder bike, easy to control, but its basic features and low price attracted the bargain end of the market more than the military, and soon Bloodfins became an extremely common sight on the streets of most planets. A found on some of the top of the range Bloodfins is the autopilot system (4D Speeder Bike skill), that can be programmed for simple tasks and can be triggered to perform certain tasks should criteria arise (eg if the rider dismounts, the bike can be programmed to slow safely and stop nearby). Bloodfins are still common sights on the streets of most worlds, but they are beginning to age and the lack of parts and support by Sienar has led to them slowly becoming more and more rare as they break down and become non-functional.
