Description: The E-065 is a design dating from before the fall of the Old Republic, built by the shipyards of the planet Nubia in an effort to grab hold of some of the lucrative planetary defence market. Like their starships, this air speeder was designed to be streamlined and graceful, and has large aerodynamic surfaces which make it maneuverable and allow it to glide to a safe landing should the vehicle lose power. The twin laser cannons on the vehicles nose are powerful, but are not overly accurate, hampering the vehicles ability to sucessfully defend against enemy attacks. These speeders are becoming increasingly rare, but some are kept in use by many worlds due to their large altitude range and high speed, and even though the design is fairly reliable, Nubia still manages to make a large profit on spare parts to keep the legions of E-065's throughout the galaxy in operable condition.
