Capsule: Sienar Fleet Systems submission for a convoy escort ship, the phoenix escort frigate lost out to the Nebulon-B Escort frigate. After the Nebulon-B's weaknesses were discovered, the Imperial Navy ordered a few Phoenix's to test in a real world situation. These ships performed well, but the Imperials had already committed to the Nebulon-B frigate, and were reluctant to change ships.
