Description: The Spear Starfighter is a small production run fighter produced by Frostworks, and was developed as a contempory of the X-Wing fighter, but the restrictions introduced by the Empire killed the sales of the vessel and led Frostworks to abandon production. The Spear is a fairly fast vessel, although is somewhat underarmed for many pilots, but those who own this fighter consider it an excellent design and in many ways it is at least the equal of the X-Wing. Because Frostworks were forced to abandon the design, they made a short term profit by dumping the remaining stock onto the black market with these being picked up by criminal organisations and pirates where they are considered among the best fighters available to these groups.
