Exonerator Manicles

The manicles are silver bracelets that are placed around the wrists of a
specific wearer. The manicles are filled with electrodes but are carved
into an artistic and beautiful design. When used correctly they should
coordinate with the Exonerator Cane in perfect unison. With ever tap or
slam of the cane's base onto the ground, a brilliant visible electric
current is forced into the wearer of the manicles body. With every tap of
the can the surge becomes stronger and more deadly. Also, each time the
surge is inflicted into the body, it is consumed more by the electric
current. In other words, the current is seen more visibly and is over a
greater space than before. Color will also change in the current. Beginning
with a yellowish flash around the wrists, and most likely finally ending
with a ruby red surge that makes any spectators unable to see the wearer of
the manicles. Those who wear the manicles that aren't a match for them are
most likely to be killed. The manicles will also react to manipulation of
the wearer. If they try to remove them, they will receive another surge.
