Phenets was a maintenance specialist who had to ensure of the smooth operation of Cloud City. He was respected by the Ugnaught population and wore the same overalls as many Ugnaughts.

Biography
In 3 ABY, he was living on Bespin's Cloud City where he worked as an engineer. He was seen walking with some Ugnaughts including Grugnak, through the corridors of Cloud City after Lando Calrissian was escorting Han Solo, Chewbacca, and Princess Leia Organa for refreshment, not to know that he was leading them into a trap which was planned by Darth Vader.
