RahlTech IR Flood Light

Although it's one of RahlTech's older inventions, it's still one of it's
most useful. It illuminates an area with a 50m radius using infra-red light.
Anybody wearing IR goggles or with natural IR capabilities are able to see
the area just as if it's being illuminated by a normal flood light. Those
not wearing IR goggles or without the ability to see IR light see absolutely
no light at all.
