Background:
British Army Special Air Service Corporal Rebecca "Becca" Gallagher was born in Bradford, North Yorkshire.
She was a British Army Physical Training Instructor prior to trying for the SAS selection process.
She was the first woman ever to get through the Regiment’s gruelling selection process who was then posted to Red Troop against Colonel Aidan Dempsey's wishes.
Now Red Troop is assigned to the Stargate Program.
