Arbitron: Front Line Assault/Recon Equalizer

A fearsome weapon bearing the initials FLARE. Arbitron seamingly out did
themselves with this one. No one can see any use for this weapon except
for torching the poor guy that happens to step in front of its rather
fiery cone of heat. There seams to be a nice list of reasons any thug
would want this reason, such as the fact that its highly flamable contents
will burn for a good time before they go out, meaning you needn't pay
attention to just one target for very long.
