Before his life with Mutant X, Brennan was a small time theif. He would
steal anything for a quick buck. He didn't exactly have your typical childhood.
He was mostly raised by his mother and his drunken step-father. His real father
was shot down in Vietnam and never seen again. Around the age of ten he
discovered he had the ability to create electricity. The most he could do was
charge a car battery, which is how he started out his thieving career, boosting
cars at the age of ten. But as he got older his powers also grew. That's when he
"accidentally" ran into the members of Mutant X, and soon, became a
member himself.

Brennan Mulwray is a tough, yet
vulnerable, street-smart wiseguy in his late 20s-with the astonishing ability to
generate enough electricity from his own body to power a small city. A fast
talking cavalier with an ingratiating grin, Brennan is a master of electricity,
who can throws bolts of energy from his fingertips. Brennan loves being a New
Mutant, throwing off sparks is an absolute blast.
