Phrionions

Physical Appearance:
Phyronians are a skinny species with eyes that look like the eyes of
a cat. They have for fingers that are between five to six inches long.
ALL Phyronians have red hair that usually goes down a little past their
knees.

MECHANICAL:2D/3D
PERCEPTION: 4D/7D
STRENGTH: 2D/3D+2
TECHNICAL: 3D/5D

Special Abilities:
- Pyrokinesis: 2D-5D Effect What ever the Phyronian wants to "ignite"
   starts on fire (6D initial 4D  all rounds until burnt up or extinguished).
- The species was not always like this but most Phyronians can control
   their "!?" as a second nature just like it was another arm (GM discretion).
