Star Wars Resistance: Season 2 Episode 10: Kazs Curse

Well another week, and another episode to be reviewed, Star Wars Resistance: Season 2 Episode 10: Kaz's Curse. Another very poor episode, which pretty much delivers on the episode title and nothing else.

Yeah, I've been hesitant to watch Resistance. I tried the first couple episodes and it just wasn't clicking with me. Can't WAIT for the new season of Clone Wars though!

While it's got a few redeeming episodes, Resistance is generally pretty poor.

I'm definitely waiting for Clone Wars with baited breath, especially considering how one of the new story arcs is going to tell the story of the Battle of Mandalore, which is pretty key to the set up of the Mandalorian series. And given both series are being headed up by Dave Filoni, they should tie together pretty well.

Hello,

You think that they will change that much history? The new series is ABOUT 5 years AFTER the Battle of Endor. The Battle of Mandalore mainly the Battle of Sundari was kind of the end of the clone wars in 20/19BBY, so there going to change 30 years of history with a couple (3 arc CW Episodes)?? I don't think they will go that far back. The vibe I am getting and probably wrong from the series and where Disney Canon is going that the Mandalorian culture suffered greatly for the support of the New Republic and took heavy engagements from the Empire during their reign especially in Battle of the City of Bone. The Culture was also fractured with the Skirmish over Mandalore, and the Skirmish in the Mandalorian forest, all these happened I think roughly 1BBY-3ABY and Disney might ret-con some of this Legends history. Being Disney they will probably go off the deep end with some crazy half baked idea.

Okay I'm writing with the advantage of having seen the most recent episode of The Mandalorian (where a character talks about the Mandalorians resisting the Empire (although that could just be about what we saw in Rebels)), but it only backs up my thoughts that we're going to see some kind of major schism in the Mandalorians after the battle of Mandalore.
Perhaps an offshoot of them, with the former Deathwatch becoming the Mandalorians we see in the series (far more strict in their interpretation of Mandalorian customs, and why the main character doesn't remove his helmet), and the rest being seriously punished for house Wren's rebellion during Rebels, perhaps even being wiped out completely.
