Arbitron Electric Spear gun

The Arbitron ES-G is a normal spear gun that employs the use of alloys which
will hold an electrical charge for a few seconds. When fired the ES-G will
do a fairly lethal amount of initial damage and continue to injure the
victim until he is fully unconscious. Not very practicle for bounty hunters
as the spear stabbing them may kill the victim, though it is used on occasion
by shooting the person in his or her leg. One man said "The ES-G is a good
weapon but it tends to electrocute the holder when exposed to water, or if
the insulating material isn't changed periodically."
