Description: Beef was a humanoid pirate active during the New Republic Era. A member of a pirate crew, he originally served under Captain Silvo until a mutiny ousted him in favor of Brutus. When Silvo escaped from his brig at Starport Borgo, Beef rallied pirates to search for the runaway and was later involved in the pursuit of him, resulting in Silvo being apprehended on the planet Lanupa. After Silvo gunned Brutus down to regain his position as captain, Beef took part in the Invasion of At Attin, rounding up the citizens to work for the pirates. The invasion, however, proved unsuccessful when a New Republic squadron arrived to the rescue.

Biography
The humanoid pirate Beef was a member of the crew led by Captain Silvo during the New Republic Era. Around 9 ABY, the crew attacked a merchant freighter, capturing the ship as its merchant crew attempted fight off the pirates. Beef was with the rest of the crew when they breached the magnetically sealed vault of the freighter. After the vault was opened and the pirates realized that it was empty, Beef participated in the mutiny against their captain Silvo for leading them to an empty vault.

Somme time later, Beef was on Borgo Prime after Silvo, Wim, Neel, KB and Fern escaped from the brig. He proceeded to rally his fellow pirates to search the port for Silvo, announcing it was official business of captain Brutus.

Later, Beef saw as Brutus was about to execute Silvo. The former captain convinced his former crew that he could lead them to At Attin's treasure. Soon after, Silvo killed Brutus to retake his place of captain.
