        Going back through The Last Jedi, and only found a very few thing's we'd missed at the time, so today we've added the Vanguerre Artists Workshop SolarNova TT-86 Landspeeder to the Star Wars D/6 Vehicles Section, the Serv-O-Droid, Inc. S0-1P autovalet droid to the Star Wars D/6 Droids Section, and Lanai to the Star Wars D/6 Races Section of the Site.

RetroRPG: Living Steel

        The planet Rhand has been invaded, and only the cryogenically frozen warriors of the fallen Seven World stand a chance of saving humanity against the Spectral invasion force and their Visser Plague. Living Steel is a 1987 RPG, from Leading Edge Games.

        A bunch of updates today, I've gone back and looked through Solo: A Star Wars Story, and found we missed a bunch of weapons, and the villains ship. Today we've added Merr-Sonn Munitions K21c portable ordnance launcher, Monlitzer S-195 blaster pistol, BlasTech Industries RSKF-44 heavy blaster, Merr-Sonn Munitions, Inc. SX-21 Scatterblaster rifle to the Star Wars D/6 Weapons Section, and The First Light to the Star Wars D/6 Starships Section of the Site.

        We shall see what tomorrow brings, I'll probably be looking through The Last Jedi.

        No additions to the site today, I've updated some code which should make things display far better on Mobile devices. The Youtube videos I've been embedding still seem to be forcing updates off screen, but I'll keep looking into that, and try to add something interesting tomorrow.

        Today we've got a bunch from the subject of yesterdays review, Star Wars Rebels: Season 2 Episode 21+22: Twilight of the Apprentice. A lot happened in the episode, so we've got a lot to add. Today we've added, the Eighth Brother, Maul & Ahsoka Tano (as of Rebels) to the Star Wars D6 Characters Section, Malachor to the Star Wars D6 Planets Section, and the Eighth Brothers lightsaber to the Star Wars D/6 Weapons Section of the Site.

        It's amazing what I noticed we missed, for example when doing Maul today, I noticed we'd never done a version of him for Clone Wars.
        Which leads nicely into . . . well, that's season 2 of Rebels finished, and after all of the drama of the final episode I'm going to need a break from it, to let everything sink in. So for the next week I'll be going back through what we've already done, looking at what we've missed, and filling the holes.

        Finally, I'd like to welcome all the Redditors who are dropping by, I joined Reddit yesterday and mentioned the site, and got a wonderful wave of complements for what we've been doing here. So thank you all, and I hope you find the site useful.

        I've just added some goals to our Patreon, which I'll return to in a few days. I've always wanted RPGGamer to remain free to everyone, and I want to keep updating the site as often as I do.
        But the realities are, that I've got a wife and two kids, and that to devote the amount of time that I do to the site, it's going to have to start paying some of it's bills, or I'll need to devote the time to paying work. It's a sad reality, but one that has been preying on my mind the last few weeks.

Dungeons & Dragons set for E-Sports?

        The CEO of Hasbro (owner of Wizards of the Coast (publisher of Dungeons & Dragons and Magic: The Gathering)) Brian Goldner recently appeared on CNBC’s Mad Money and spoke about the success of both Dungeons & Dragons and Magic: The Gathering. As well as defending Dungeons & Dragons against claims that it was a “so-so brand” by host Jim Cramer he also said that games like “Dungeons & Dragons” could one day be “ripe for esports competition,”

        Now this hit the press and lit the online community on fire, but what could it mean? Is he talking about taking D&D online further than just D&D Beyond? Was he just talking about the WotC Twitch channel? He's the CEO of a Multi-Billion Dollar company, and can't be expected to know everything about the online ambitions of one segment of his corporation any more than he could name every Barbie outfit his company makes.

        But is this a sign that Hasbro and WotC are planning further integration of online technologies into the game? We all sit at the game table with smartphones capable of far more than just showing a PDF character sheet. And the top problem of most gamers remains getting a chance for the entire group to get together to play (not only a problem my group of 40 and 50 year old friends suffer from, but also my eldest sons group of 20 year olds with work and university commitments). So perhaps some kind of virtual gaming environment?

        It remains to be seen whether there's something in the works, or just a corporate drone spouting buzzwords. But there's a market there to exploit, and I fully expect the biggest name in the market to exploit the heck out of it.

        Today we've got a selection of stats based on the subject of yesterdays review, Star Wars Rebels: Season 2 Episode 10: The Future of the Force. We've added the Cybot Galactica WED-15 Septoid Treadwell and Cybot Galactica WED 15 Treadwell Droid to the Star Wars D/6 Droids Section, and the Kuat Systems Engineering RZ-1 A-wing interceptor to the Star Wars D/6 Starships Section of the Site.

        Both are reworkings of West End Games published stats, taking into account new information which has been released, and disregarding Legends information. I'm also going to discontinue the update videos I've been doing for every update on the site, and reduce them to a weekly update, using the time I save for different videos, one of which is uploading now.
